Luna Ai is Afrihosts' Ai help center assistant, which has been developed to help clients with queries through a chat interface.
My role was to design the client facing chat interface and the internal dashboard system so that help center agents can monitor Luna's chat data.

Luna Ai responds to two channels of customer queries: Afrihost Help Center and the Afrihost Whatsapp Support number.
The first task was to design a chat interface for clients to interact with Luna on the Afrihost Help Centre web page.
Data from Luna's chat is then collected and displayed on the Luna Dashboard, making it easier for call centre agents to analyse and respond to client queries
